RR had a successful start in the initial phases of this IPL by getting two consecutive successes in first two matches against sunrise \Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians by 61 and 23 runs respectively. And after being smashed by RCB in their 3^rd match, got back and acquired their 3^rd victory against Super Giants.

The batting line till no 7 and including Joss Butler, Samson, Jaiswal and Padiwkal, and giving targets of 193 and 210 shows how strong the batting line is. Not only this but also defending 165 in match against Lucknow Super Giants giving good vibes for their bowling attack as well. And this win after failing to defend their 169 against RCB is the depiction that how quickly their bowling attack modified themselves and changed the strategy to defend a low score total.

Joss Buttler is not comoing slow in this season and have given excellent performance till now including a century, so the hopes of of RR are much dependent on this player.

Other than him Samson and in bowlers Trent Boult’s performance may be worth watching in upcoming match.

Coming towards GT, who had even good start than RR with three consecutive wins against Super Giants, Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings and lost their only game against Sunrises Hyderabad in their recent match.

Though GT has achieved 190 in the last match but from the very start, while chasing 161 in last moments with two balls remaining and then giving a target of 171 and again losing the last match with total 162 to defend, shows that the batting line is not at par with that of their opponent as far as this match is concerned.
